Default WUSB A/V Driver won't install

I have recently bought a Imation Wireless A/V Extender and have been successful in installing the Extender and the DisplayLink Graphics and Software Drivers. However, when the Extender and Wireless Transmitter try to connect to configure settings this requires a download of a new driver: the driver for the WUSB A/V Transmitter (& USB driver items). It then states that the driver downloading has failed. I am not computer savvy and don't know what to do to change this. Currently, I have taken down the firewalls to make sure that wasn't the problem and have checked for new Windows updates. Help!

That sounds like the wireless USB driver is not installed. This is not supplied by DisplayLink (we only provide the video part of this product) so I would suggest contacting Imation for support with this.
