Default Ubuntu DisplayLink + NVIDIA error

Hello, I have a problem with the displaylink driver in combination with the Nvidia driver. After running the ubuntu system, it smudges my picture. I have 2 graphics cards in the notebook, 1. Nvidia geforce 960m and intel HD. But In case of shutting down the nvidia driver, the image will not blink, but the cursor will blink on the screen as if it did not manage to process the image. Please any idea how to solve this ?

Well, I think you are using the closed source Nvidia drive and if it is the case then there is no solution at all (https://support.displaylink.com/know...rticles/641668). As they don't bother to fix this although they keep saying this is in the backlog.

In many cases, you can switch back to the open-source driver as they have suggested already, but if you plan to use CUDA then the best way to move forward is forgetting about DisplayLink completely.
