Default MacPro 1.1 / Snow Leopard 10.6.8: does not boot and screen not detected

Hi there,

I have a Mac Pro1,1 2,66GHz with a NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT and two Samsung Syncmaster by the resulution 1680x1050@60Hz.
I use Mac OS X 10.6.8 (10K549), Kernel-Version: Darwin 10.8.0.

Now I want to connect a Samsung UE40D5700RSXZG (Television) with 1920x1080@100Hz via HDMI.
The Multi-Display Adapter (model:Y-2250) is running under the driver 1.7.

When the Display Adapter is attached to the MacPro and the TV, the computer does not boot.
When the Display Adapter is attached after booting, the TV is not recognized as 3rd screen.

The last problem I also had with an older version of the driver, I deinstalled the old version before I installed the new one.
The Display Adapter is also not working with one of the Syncmasters. The TV works fine with the NVIDIA GeForce.

I ran the Debug-Tool. The results are attached.
Maybe you can help.
Thank you very much.

From the logs it seems that the DisplayLink service can't find the any valid instance of the driver. The kernel extension seems correctly installed, but just to be sure, could you please uninstall the driver, repair disk permissions (using disk utility) and reinstall the 1.7 driver. Reboot and plug in the adapter after the boot. Collect the debug info and post the zip file if the problem is still there. Thanks
