Lenovo LT1421wD monitor crash
Hi everyone,
I am having difficulty getting my portable Lenovo LT1421 monitor to work with my laptop. I've installed the latest drivers and the result is the same. As soon as the driver installs my MS Office applications crash along with firefox web browser. Then, upon restart I get the BSOD. Has anyone ran into this issue before? My computer specs are below: Computer: Dell Inc. - Inspiron 5720 19N8VW1 OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional (x64-based PC), Service Pack 1, English OS Build: 7601 (Debug = False) System Bios: Version A14 built 2012/12/18 CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3612QM CPU @ 2.10GHz Number of Cores: 8 Memory: 8052 MB Free Space: 35107 MB Primary Resolution: 1600x900x32 Desktop Size: 6246x1050 Number of Monitors Connected: 4 Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (Intel Corporation) Graphics Driver: 9.17.10.2867 Dated 2012/09/26 Admin, I've made the log zip file using the DL support tool. Is there an email I can send this to, I prefer not to post the file on the public forum. Thank you. |

Hi,
I think this may be a compatibility issue with the Citrix setup on your system. This URL may be of use to your IT admin: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-29064 Thanks, James |
