Default Sound now playing on computer not TV

Hi
I have Device/PC adapter 601SD-D; A/V Base WSR-AVB-001; Driver Version (13, 1, 52, 0) Build 14.2.60.5.
The device has worked ok since first installed though very temperamental. However now the sound will not emit from the TV, only from the computer. The picture is excellent. I have tried reboots but to no avail. Any ideas? I presume it is something silly but can't solve it.

You need to configure Windows to use the USB audio output as default, rather than the computer speakers. This can be done under Sound in control panel.

You may need to restart the audio application after changing this setting to make it use the new default device.
