Default AOC E1659FWU USB 3 monitor is not detected in Windows 11

So, we recently purchased an AOC E1659FWU USB 3 monitor, but it is not detected in Windows 11. We have tried both the manufacture's drivers, as well as the recommended DisplayLink drivers, that we were redirected to, when we attempted to install the manufactures driver.

The screen will come on, but Windows 11 will not detect the screen, at all.

So, I was wondering if there were any suggestions, or perhaps a downgrade of the drivers, that could be recommended to resolve this issue. I installed the latest DisplayLink drivers, to no avail, thus the reason I am asking if there's a version of the legacy drivers that is known to be compatible with this particular monitor.

Any help or suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks

According to page 10 of the manual for your monitor --> https://mmd-aoc2.oss-cn-hongkong.ali...FWU_manual.pdf AOC includes in the box a special USB cable. One end of the cable has a single USB connector, which connects to the display.

The opposite end of the cable has two USB connectors. One connector carries USB data, and the other connector carries USB power. In some cases, you need to connect both of the USB connectors from the one side of the cable to the host computer in order to provide enough power for the display to operate.

Are you using the original AOC cable, and if so, are both USB connectors connected to the computer?
