I got a Dell Precision 5560 with very few sockets and decided to get a docking station for more connectors. Instructions for the docking station made it a prerequisite to download a DiplayLink update, in this case Windows 11.7 M3 exe, which I did. However, there's still no connection to the docking station and I'm not sure the drivers have been updated. The only exec I find is RunAfterMsiexec, and W11 won't update from it. Is there a .exe missing, such as msi.exe (from the name of that file)? Many thanks for your help.

While I haven't found any Displaylink driver when looking up the parameters in Windows 11, I could see that Displaylink had installed an application and I got all the peripherals connected to the docking station to work as intended. So for me this issue is closed.
