UGREEN Revodok Pro 209 USB C Docking Station MacBook Pro, Apple M3 running macOS 15.6.1 MacBook Pro, Apple M2 Max running macOS 15.6.1 HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G11 Notebook PC running Windows 11 24H2 Lenovo D27-30 Monitor Dell SE2717H Monitor HDMI cable HDMI cable (4k) ---------------------------------- ---------------------------------- Everything had been working fine for ~1 month then all of the sudden both Dell monitors went black on the MacBook Pro, Apple M3 right in the middle of work. The DisplayLink Manager no longer recognized either monitor, but the laptop was still charging through the dock. I think it might be an issue with the dock manufacturer but was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to find some display link/dock logging? Troubleshoooting steps: -Both MAC laptops worked with a different Revodok Pro 209 docking station. -Neither MAC worked with the faulty Revodok Pro 209 docking station, and the Windows 11 didn't work either -Changed out different monitor brands -Changed out HDMI for an HDMI 4K -(the monitors only support HDMI, not DP) -Unplugged and re-plugged all cables, power cycling, from monitors, dock, laptops and every various combination etc. -Un-installed and re-installed the latest DisplayLink manager software (v13.1) -Un-installed and installed v13.0 -Un-installed and installed v1.12.4 -Un-installed and installed v1.11 |
