Default Revodok Pro 312 Docking Station & MB M1 : works with Sonoma stop working with Sequoia

I have a UGREEN Revodok Pro 312 Docking Station Accueil Dual for 6 month. As I prefer not to test the bugs, I've not updated my MacBook Pro M1 to Sequoia when I received this dock. I'm using it with 2 screens:
- Dell 27, via HDMI
- Dell U2311H, via DisplayPort
Everything was working well, the 2 displays were correctly detected.

As I've updated my mac to Sequoia 1 month ago, I've updated DisplayLink Manager to the 13 version. And since the MacOS update, my Dell 23 is detected, I can manage it with MacOS Settings, but it's not working. When I start DisplayLink, I see something apppears on the screen and it turn black immediatly. And when I move my mouse to the Dell 23, it acts as if it is active : the mouse disapears.

Is DisplayLink is going to solve this problem, as it seems that I'm not the only one?

Default To complete

I've tried:
- uninstall DisplayLink Manager 13
- install other version
- install again the 13 version
Restart the computer many times.

Hi Alan42,

Potentially, you experienced an issue related to Dell Uxxx monitors for which there is already a dedicated thread:
https://www.displaylink.org/forum/sh...ad.php?t=69652 ---> a fix for it is at works.

To confirm if this is the same problem, could you please check:
When Dell 23 is black, does the monitor recover if you disconnect and connect the cable that connect the dock and the monitor (DP cable)?
If possible, a workaround could be to connect this particular monitor using HDMI cable, while the engineering team is working on a proper fix.

Regards,
Szymon

Thanks for your answer.
I have the problem like you describe : if I quit displaylink and start it again, the screen turn on temporarly then turn off. Unfortunatly, my screen does'nt have an HDMI, I just have DP, DVI and VGA.
The Dell that is doing problem is a DELL U2311H : I can see it in the Display Manager of MacOS. The other one that is working is connected via HDMI : it's a MateView 27'.

Hi, for your problem, I have a suggest for you: Use an Active DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter, connect it via HDMI, and update DisplayLink Manager.

The best suggestion, change the screen. When I bought an HDMI-DisplayPort adaptater, I tried to make it work directly with my Mac. The screen blinks, so the problem was the screen. Its ends appears at the same time as the update, I never tought that the screen was over.
