Hello,

What kind of product using DisplayLink technology do you have?
If the device is not recognized by the computer, I am not sure reinstalling Windows will help.
Please have a look at the 3rd link in my forum signature. It gives details on how to gather diagnostic information that you can send to be looked into it.

Kind regards,
Alban

Thank you!

To allow mix and match of hardware, we use a single driver across all of our chips used in them.
The current latest driver is 9.1 M0 you can get from: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1326

This product should also have a driver on Windows Update, so just plugging it is expected to install it automatically after a few seconds (Internet connection and computer speed dependent). With Windows 10, there is no need to reboot the PC after the driver is installed.

Kind regards,
Alban
