External Monitor flickering on 2 screen on latest Mac OSX

Hi

My two external monitor keeps flickering on and off even though I downloaded the latest drivers for my Mac. Recently, I bought a USB 3.0 to duel HDMI

I have followed the set-up instruction and saw that my Mac OSX 12.2 do not have DisplayLink drivers on it, but I can see the USB 3.0 to HDMI adapter on it

Does anyone have the same issues? I know it is not the adapter as it works perfectly fine on a Windows Laptop. I have tried to download the other old driver before the latest one and it does the same too
