Our chip and driver have ZERO visibility of the mouse USB traffic. If the mouse pointer works correctly on the laptop then it is more likely to be the USB hub within the dock... We don't do hubs. I'd advise checking the power settings for USB. Some hubs don't enjoy aggressive power saving and may cause delay if they can't cope with the assault by link power mode shutdown requests. And the power saving of the link is not really significant when you've got a video running there! Edit as I got another idea. Are the mice comparable in features? I'm wondering if one creates more traffic than the other. Have you tried the working mouse on the dock? Kind regards, Alban
