Default Windows 10 HDCP

Upgraded to Windows 10, now my 2nd monitor no longer supports HDCP, thus i can not play HD content on the monitor. This is a major issue, please look into it and fix it.

This also prevents me from using hulu and netflix applications on the 2nd monitor.
