Default Display manager 1.8.0 Crash Ventura

Every now and then (at least 5-6 times a day) the Display Link manager 1.8.0 build 63.163 decide to crash.

It happens when shifting between virtual screens.

Since the bug report to apple is regarding the "windows server" it seams to be some issue between the Display Link manager and Ventura OSX.

It worked perfect before upgrading to Ventura
Ventura work perfect when I use USB-C to display without Display Link Manager.

So, is it just my instance (HW, SW) that have this behaviour.

Given your description, I would suggest using the steps here --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink in order to send a detailed report to DisplayLink directly.

Hello,
I'm Experiencing the same exact problem.
Very annoying, because Window Server is crashing few times everyday, and I find myself required to login again. I have M1 connected to 3 Dell displays, Ventura 13.0.1 and DisplayLink 1.8.0 - Build 63.163

Thank you.

I'm more or less on the same setup but I share this experience. It started after upgrading to MacOS Ventura as well. It's an Intel based mac and the docking station is from Startech: https://www.startech.com/en-eu/cards...s/dk30ch2depue.
I haven't tried connecting my monitors directly to the machine to see whether it alleviates the problem.
