AOC Display I1659 on Windows Embedded POSREADY 2007

Hi
We can get the AOC 1659 to work fine on Windows 10.
However, on Windows 7 Embedded POSREADY 2007 64 bit, we are having issues.
The software installs fine and we can get an extended desktop along with the system tray icon visible.
However, once we reboot the computer, the AOC display no longer works and the AOC does not appear in the Windows Display Settings as an extended display.
The tray icon also disappears.

We are using an Intel Atom E3800 graphics card in a FEC touch PC

Anyone else seen this issue?
