Default Citrix XenApp 7.6 Lag Issues

Our environment consists of all Lenovo T440 Laptops and some Lenovo X1 Carbons, all laptops use the Lenovo USB 3.0 Pro Docking Station with DisplayLink software all running Windows 7 Enterprise.

All users work in a XenApp 7.6 Environment and have 2-3 monitors each. They all experience a very noticeable lag when dragging windows, scrolling in documents, typing etc. All laptops have the most up-to-date graphics and USB 3.0 drivers and I have confirmed DisplayLink is installed properly. Once the docking station is disconnected the lag instantly vanishes so I know it has something to do with the docking station/display link. During my troubleshooting after updating the usb 3.0 drivers, it definitely helped but the lag is definitely still there.

Is this a know issue or is there a possible fix for this?

Hello James,

This is not an issue we have on records.
Would you please be able to send me the logs as explained in my last link in the forum signature?

It would also be helpful if you could video the phenomenon with a smartphone as the type of lag may give information on root cause.

Kind regards,
Alban
