Default Arch Linux Display Issues

Hello,

I'm having a lot of problems getting the actual display part of DisplayLink to work with my Arch Linux boot. I've followed all of the directions here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/DisplayLink#xrandr and I get an error when I run
Code:
xrandr --setprovideroutputsource 1 0
I get the following error:
Code:
X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)
Major opcode of failed request: 140 (RANDR)
Minor opcode of failed request: 35 (RRSetProviderOutputSource)
  Value in failed request: 0x3f
Serial number of failed request: 16
Current serial number in output stream: 17
I can't seem to find a solution for this error anywhere else and I'm out of guesses. Any help?

My dock is the Dell D3100 and I'm running Arch Linux with kernel 4.15.6
