Default Windows switching monitors upon laptop reconnect

Hi There,

Not a huge issue, but a minor inconvenience:

I use a new Macbook Air M1, plugable UD-3900H display link hub, and Dell 24" and Acer 24" monitors for my set up at my office. I like to have my email and MS Team in full screen on my left (Dell) monitor, and Chrome, and any other programs on my right (Acer) monitor, and then my Macbook Air open to the right of the Acer monitor for random programs, but otherwise don't really use it. The weird thing is, every time I leave the office for the day, or a meeting, and come back and plug in my laptop, my screens are switched (Chrome now on the Dell on the left, and email and MS Teams on the Acer on the right. It's not a huge deal, but it's annoying to have to move the windows around every time I reconnect.

Anyone else having this issue? Any solutions?

Thank you!

Zach

Did you ever resolve this? It's happening to me and it's annoying dragging everything back where.
