Default Kensington hub sd400v - no display

Hello,

I have about 40 Lenovo e530's that are fresh off of a re-image. All windows 7 updates, driver updates, and DisplayLink updates are current. When the sd400v is connected, it is recognized only as a USB hubs and not as a video source. The connected projector will receive a signal (screen changes from a blue no-source default to a blank screen), but it is not available as a display.

How often does the issue occur?
-every time
How do you invoke the issue?
-connect the Kensington Hub
How do you recover from the issue?
-to be determined
Was the issue present in older versions of DisplayLink software?
-no
How are you connected to the DisplayLink device? Directly or through a USB hub?
- The Kensington Hub is connected directly to the laptops. None of the USB ports function properly.

Logs attached.

Thanks

Hi,

Can I ask what version of DisplayLink software you previously had installed?

Thanks,
James
