2022 M2 Macbook Pro 13"
Good morning
I recently purchased a macbook pro 13". I was not aware that it didn't support 3 monitors, I downgraded from a 16" so never an issue. After running through the install process I am still not able to get the 3rd monitor. I currently have 2 ASUS MX279 27" MONITORS One is connected via USBC Hub that supports 1 hdmi regular cable, ethernet port, USBC power port and a few others I don't use. I have tried plugging in the 2nd monitor directly to the 2nd USBC port on my computer, Using the USBC power port on the HUB, but still nothing. I never receieved any notifications re display link. I also have the empty screen recording slot. I have manually entered in display link into the screen recording slot with no success. what would next steps be? Do I need a dual HDMI external hub? Or do I need to have the HDMI cable that has 2 HDMI male plugs, one that goes into the monitor and the second that goes into the HUB< as opposed to the other end being USBC? |

Has no one else come across this or a way to fix it?

The 'USBC Hub' you mention does not sound like it is a product based on DisplayLink technology. Can you please provide the brand and specific model number of the product or a direct web link to the product? |
