Default Connect a M1 MB Air to 2 Thunderbolt 27" Monitors

I purchased a USBC to Thunderbolt 2 adapter from Apple and I can connect either monitor without any issue, but I have installed Displaylink along with the login screen extension and I have tried daisy chaining the monitors but that isn't working. What is the recommended way to get these two monitors to work?

As the M1 hardware only permits a single physical monitor connection the only way to currently get your 2 thunderbolt monitors that I am aware of is to get a Intel Mac instead. Intel Macs have no issues with multiple physical devices. Either directly plugged into the thunderbolt port or by using a thunderbolt dock.
