Default Slow Down / Lag in Mojave

Hi,

I have a Dell USB-C Dock with DisplayLink. It's a D6000.

It works great, but after about an hour or two of use it slows down terribly and introduces a lag to my entire machine. I've tried with one, two and three monitors and it happens without fail.

I've got two videos of this issue - one shows a clean reboot, where menu items, etc respond correctly, and the other shows the issue that appears after an hour or so of use.

Working on reboot:

After an hour of so of use:

Anyone seen this? Ideas? fixes?

Cheers
