Default Monitors not being detected

MacOS 10.13.6

I've installed (and uninstalled/reinstalled) the DisplayLink drivers. When I plug everything in, the monitors actually detect something being plugged into HDMI, but I cannot see the monitors in the Display settings.

This is a new WavLink hub I got yesterday.

Thank you for the help, I appreciate it.

Michal,

Were you able to look at the logs I emailed to support?

Thank you!
