Default Installation Problems with Kensington Multi-Display on XP

Installing a Kensington Universal Display Adapter (v6.1) for use with a third monitor and cannot complete the install. Have ran install multiple times, seems to be a restart loop. One of three things happen: 1) the installer tells me a restart is required to complete installation, 2) a previous uninstall has not complete, please reboot and run this setup file again to being installation or 3) after specifying 'restart later' the installer starts removing installation files. Under 'show details' says the USB driver failed to install.

If I reboot, nothing is installed. Checked device manager and Add/remove programs. Any ideas as to why the driver install is failing?

OS is Windows XP Pro SP3, graphics card is GeForce 9500 GT (Most recent drivers).

Tools: Displaylink Install Cleaner between installs.

Logs included. Thank you, any help is really appreciated.
