Machine:
MacAir M2 (2022), Ventura 13.0.1, DisplayLink 1.8.0 (63.163) Parallels 18.1.0 (53311) Monitors: 2xLG UltraGear Virtual Machine: Ubuntu 22.4.1, Parallel tools installed, using both displays in full screen Problem: When using both monitors, mouse does not track correctly on where it is clicking, e.g clicking on Firefox icon appears to click on some distance away from that icon. Eventually get an internal error with /usr/bin/prlcp. I believe this has something to do with Parallels Tools and the ability to work within the DisplayLink environment. Submitting this to Parallels but cross submitting this here in case if someone has some insight Appreciate any help |

Dell D6000, Manufactured April 2021.
Latest firmware applied from https://www.dell.com/support/home/en...-d6000/drivers The multi-display seems to work fine with Windows 11 guest vm (6GRam) on Parallels. It also works fine with Ubuntu Desktop 20.04.5 (arm64, 6GRam) guest vm. The problem is with Ubuntu Desktop 22.04.1 Desktop (tried with 6GRam, 12GRam) After a while in full-screen, I get a crash notification screen about prlcp, signal 7, something about memory. I'll try to replicate this and possibly send a screen shot Last edited by pwo; 12-16-2022 at 07:40 PM. |
