Exclamation win 8 + dvi + 7.1 drivers = mirror only mode?

for some reason i have the latest drivers and win 8 and the most i can get from 3rd monitor is ability to see it in mirror mode. when i extend it goes to black?

i have the pluggable UGA-2K-A going to dell monitor just like the other 2.

compatibility check...

Pass: Basic mode support
Pass: Device attached
Pass: Device started correctly
Pass: Graphics driver date
Pass: WEI is above recommended 3
Pass: No Other USB graphics software installed

attached are DisplayLink Support Files

please get my 3rd dell monitor the same as others out from black screen when i extend, when i mirror it works just fine?

It looks like there is a primary display driver missing as it's using the default Microsoft driver in the system details.txt:

Graphics: Microsoft Basic Display Driver ((Standard display types))
Graphics Driver: Dated 0

That doesn't look right. Do you have all the latest graphics card drivers installed?

i don't know if i do... how can i find out if i have the latest nvidia drivers?

then it extended, but then i restarted the computer and it now goes to black again?

please help...

how does it go from working on extending after nvidia driver install and then BACK to black screen after restart?
