DL3100 3 ext monitor, one no display

Hi all,

I've got 3x Dell U2312HM monitors and MBP with M1 connected too DL3100:
1x DP cable
1x HDMI cable and HDMI -> DVI adapter
1x HDMI - VGA adapter and VGA cable (not working). Adapter has usb and minijack port.

This setup is additional to my main Mac were monitors are connected with 2x DVI and DP. Can't switch cables each time I use other workstation.

First two monitors and display on MBP works fine.

But last one not. Big Sur detects 3rd monitor but monitor is black. When I unplug and plug again monitor show message 'no signal from computer'.

I've:

changed resolution to 1200x720
unplug other monitors
close lid

but all fails. 3rd monitor is black.

Any ideas?
