Default AOC monitor (e1649Fwu) software error

Installed the software for the this monitor and now I receive two errors upon startup.

Upon seeing the errors I updated both the chipset usb 3.0 drivers and the latest graphics drivers for the pc from support.dell.com

Installed both drivers, rebooted, still running into the same problem.

Any support I could get on this would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

Please attach the logs from this tool:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool.

Thanks,
James

Thanks for your quick reply and sorry about the delay in getting back with you. The end user didn't have availability until now.

Here is the .zip file containing all of the logs and screenshots

Let me know if you need me up to upload them 1 by 1.

Thanks,
Joe

Hi,

Thanks for the logs

You can get the latest graphics drivers for your notebook from here:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/...VZMJX1/drivers

The graphics drivers are under the "Video" category and the Intel USB 3.0 drivers are under the "Chipset" category.

Thanks,
James

Although I had updated the drivers, I guess the ones I picked it didn't like. Updating to these did do the trick.

Thanks for the advice.
