Default Packet Loss on Lenovo USB3 Dock

Having some serious packet loss on Lenovo USB3 Dock. Using the latest DisplayLink Driver (7.0 M2), and the latest USB Host driver version.

When the machine is on the network through the dock, and idle, we can determine that pinging the machine repeatedly will result in generally 0 packets lost. When that machine begins to do an excessive amount of network activity (copy large file from the server), we start to see packet loss. Sometimes it will result in the file copy failing, sometimes it will continue in spite of the packet loss.

Attached debug logs. I know this is not a paid, enterprise support - but we just purchased over a thousand of these docks and are having a lot of issues with people losing network connectivity, and losing data because of it. Any advice is appreciated.

I'm trying to read the logs in c:\program files\displaylink core software\debug, but they all appear unreadable. I've seen other people post about seeing issues in their logs, but I can't make heads of tails of my log. Any advice?

Logs look like this:
