Exclamation Dual Monitors not working - M4

Hello! I recently purchased a new 14in Mac that uses the M4 processor so I bought a new docking station (UD-6950PDH), I have used the 'clean' function and redownloaded the driver but still can't get either of my monitors to display after being plugged in. Am I missing a step or did I purchase the wrong docking station?

Default Dual Monitors not working with any mac M*

I have write tu helpdesk many time ago, but today there is not a fix that permits to me to work fine. The sharebar of teams is hidden and during the conversation i click the button and stop conversation or stop screen sharing.
Is necessary that DisplayLink risolve the bug because the hardware is most expensive!!!

If you have not done so already, I would suggest contacting the manufacturer of your docking station (Plugable) directly for assistance --> https://plugable.com/pages/support
