2015 Mac w/Thunderbolt 2 not detecting Targus 190 dock

Not sure if this is a DisplayLink, cabling, or dock issue. But I thought I'd start here first.

Trying to connect a 2015 Mac with Thunderbolt 2 to a Targus 190 series dock using Apple TB2 cable and an Apple TB2 to TB3 adapter.

DisplayLink installed on the Mac.

The mac isn't registering a connection to the dock.



Appreciate it if anyone knows if there's a fix or if this is even be possible.
