Default exclamation mark on display link network adapter

hi

when I connect the the network cable to the displayLink I cant connect to the internet
1. on the device manager i see yellow exclamation mark.
2. on the system information under problem devices I see: DisplayLink Network Adapter NCM #2 USB\VID_17E9&PID_4307&MI_05\7&F21D9A9&1&0005 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.

in order to work with the lan i need to connect the network cable straight to my laptop and NOT to the displaylink.

what would you suggest ? do you need any extra information ?

10nx!!
