Weird Behaviour with Dell Monitor

Hello.

I'm using displaylink manager adapter to connect a second Dell External monitor to my M1 Macbook Pro (2020).

Everything is working correctly except for a small but bothering glitch on the monitor connected with the DisplayLink Adapter.

Its kind of hard to describe but some times the screen kind of flickers and it sort of rewinds to the last couple of frames, until I move the mouse... Lets say I'm typing in a textbox. If I pause for a second, the text in the textbox rewinds back to empty and then when I move the mouse or start typing again the inputed text shows up again..

Anyone experiencing this? Could this be an issue with the Adapter, or Software? The adapter I'm using is a Startech USB-HDMI adapter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
