Kensington Docking station
I have a Dell Vostro 3750 running Windows 7 Pro. Brand new. Power up, complete setup, connect to network, allow all MS Updates to complete.
Connect a Kensington dock, part number K33951 model number M01065. This installs its own drivers, as expected, then screen goes black. After several seconds, BSOD with: Stop 0x00000116 igdkmd64.sys Investigation shows Displaylink driver version 5.5.29055.0 Tried driver version 5.2.24173.0 dated 20 October 2011 from Kensington website. This installs correclty, and runs OK until the laptop is shut down and rebooted. Then both laptop and external monitor screens are black. Have then to unplug USB connector to docking station to get any display on laptop. Is there a working driver available from you, please? -- Graham |
