Only one monitor is detected at a time - No DisplayLink-enabled display detected
Hi ,
I bought the Sonnettech - Thunderbolt to Dual DisplayPort Adapter. https://www.sonnettech.com/support/k...sition_content and Only one monitor is detected at a time. Macbook PRO M1 - 13 - 2020, Ventura 13.5. I'm using 2 monitors 32"4k. DELL: SE3223Q LG 32UN500-W I tested each separately and both work. I also did a macos diagnostic, no errors found. (Command+d) I restarted the mac a lot of time, change the cabos, the port and nothing. - Allow accessories to connect -> ALWAYS Displaylink version 1.9 No DisplayLink-enabled display detected Added the displaylink Manage e login to run in background. Thanks |

The product you are using is a Thunderbolt product that relies on the host computer's internal display capabilities in order to function. Your Mac system is limited to one external display via Thunderbolt, which is why only one external display is working. Apple calls this out under the 'Display Support' section of the technical specifications for your laptop --> https://support.apple.com/kb/SP824?locale=en_US |
