Default Lenovo USB-C Hybrid Dock

Greetings,

i have the following major situation:

On around 20 Lenovo X380 and ~ 10 Yoga 370 using both the USB-C Hybrid and Standard Dock the attached Displays (Connected via DP - DP and / or HDMI - DP) go black for a few seconds and then back to normal.

I have been sent a beta firmware from Lenovo, but this did not resolve the issue, and i have had no response since then. Sofar from what i can see, the USB-C Drivers are crashing. Would appreciate if there is a fix for this issue.

Second error that can occure, but not is often: Notebook is slow as hell. Only unplugging the Dockingstation from the Notebook and disconnecting the PSU will resolve this. Most likely also due to USB-C and/or the graphics card crashing. But i have no fresh log from this.

Greetings from Germany,

Hi Patrick,

Would you be able to follow the bottom link in my signature and provide us with some logs to help us diagnose the problem for you? The more information you can give us would be great.

Kind regards,
Andrew
