Question Wavlink DisplayLink Issue

Hi, I have a WAVLINK UG39DK1 that I use with a MacBook Pro M2 and occasionally with a MacBook Pro M1. The issue I'm facing is that every time I turn on the computer and connect the WAVLINK, it doesn't recognize the DisplayLink. I have to disconnect it, wait for a minute, and try again. Sometimes I have to repeat this process a couple of times before it works. I'm not sure what's going on, as this didn't happen at first, and to be honest, it's a bit frustrating. Is this one: https://www.wavlink.com/en_us/produc...DK1_Black.html

Has anyone had a similar issue and been able to fix it? How did you do it?

Thanks in advance!

If Wavlink (the manufacturer of your product) has not been able to assist you, then I would recommend reporting the issue directly to DisplayLink by following the process outlined here --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink
