I can only see the 2 displays. One is my MacBook pro and then other is display. Attached is screenshot. If that is correct then please keep in mind that this product does not have DisplayLink technology inside of it. Because of that it will not communicate with our software. I recommend getting in touch the manufacturer or the seller for further support of this product.
