Mac support for Super Ultrawide (5120x1440)
Hi team,
Looks like the windows client supports super ultrawide monitors (5120x1440), any thoughts on when Mac will? With the pandemic going on, I'm sure a lot of us are working from home and having the SUW monitors are great .. except I can't use the targus dock provided by my work to run it. Having this support would be great. I'm using a Targus DOCK180USZ Thanks, Bill Last edited by fmr_wpatterson; 11-23-2020 at 08:45 PM. |

Hello Bill,
Thank you for contacting us here on the forum. Currently I may only say that we are looking into it closely to be able to provide support for 5k monitors in the future on MacOS. In the meantime, most of these displays support side by side pictures by connecting two outputs and this would work on your dock model, provided the output isn't used for another display already. If you have any further questions, feel free to post it. Kind regards, Jakub
