Windows 10 Pro crashing

I have a surface pro i7 8gig 256 gig computer. the win 10 pro after installation is going into recovery mode. The computer is joined with an azure domain and the displaylink software is installed fresh (no other software on the computer) the displaylink software is the latest - 7.9 (august 2015). The software installs and works with no issues but when restarted, it crashes....any thoughts?

I use this setup a lot but haven't seen this happen.

Can you check you have the latest BIOS and Windows updates for your Surface? Both of these will be rolled out via Windows update.
