Default Ubuntu and D6000, mouse and keyboard work, but no display on monitors

I installed the driver for DisplayLink on my Dell Latittude 5580 with Ubuntu 16.04 and trying to connect the Dell D6000 dock, the mouse and keyboard work, but no display on either monitor. I tried the troubleshooting links to no avail and I received an email to post my log files here since none of the forum threads helped either. Let me know how I can proceed.

Hi,

From the posted logs it looks like the installation didn't finish successfully in your case as there are no logs from DL daemon (DisplayLinkManager) and there is no kernel module loaded which is essential to work.

Cheers,
Szymon
