Default kensington sd3600 no more video signal

Hi all, i'm new to all this kind of thing. I own a kensington sd3600 which work fine for the past three years. a few days ago the hdmi and DVI port stop working ans there is no more video signal. Windows still recognize the type of monitor but i'm just caught with a black screen.
I tried reinstalling last displaylink drivers, drivers of 2017 ans drivers from the windows update.
Does someone have the same issue ?
Here the zip file from support tool.
Thank you for taking time to understand my problem

Hello,

Thank you very much for reaching out!

Can you please make sure that you are the most up to date with the drivers?
The currently installed driver shows as 8.4 which is fairly older. We are currently on driver 10.2 M2. It is available for download here.

Thank you,
Katarzyna

I apologize for late response.
Even though I do see a change in the driver installed - the driver that is being read is still showig as 8.4: DisplayLink RS Version:8.4.3480.0 (DisplayLink Core Software v8.4.3480.0)

Please run our DisplayLink Installation Cleaner first and then install the newer driver one more time.

Thank you.
