usb 2.0 not working
hello, I just ordered a adapter and went through the whole process of installing and i can't do anything to get it to work. The green light isn't coming on wondering if maybe i got a bad one? Here is the debugging results

From the log files, the software has never detected an adapter connected, so the hardware maybe faulty. If the device does not appear in device manager under "USB Display adapters" all bets are off!
