Macbook Air M2 Unable to connect two external displays
I just purchased a Macbook air M2 and also purchased a Plugable UD-6950PDZ. I have a Samsung C49RG9x monitor. I keep the clamshell closed on my computer and plugged in the dock to the USB-C on the laptop. The #1 display works fine. However the second screen, which is set to be an extended desktop, is at a very low resolution (640x480) and cannot be changed. What do I do to fix the problem?

I was able to get it working by using a HDMI cable for monitor #2 instead of displayport. If anyone knows how to adjust the setting so it works with Displayport, please let me know.

If that does not help, I would suggest contacting Plugable directly for assistance --> https://plugable.com/pages/support |
