Thumbs down I've installed 7.0.4 but I do not get a 2nd screen to expand to

Dear Szymon,

thanks for your quick reply. Yes, I uninstalled everything, used the tool you recommend below several times and cleaned the registry as well.

I am making some progress, running the displaylink support tool, I picked on a line that said: Unexpected or missing value (name: 'PackageName', value: '') in key 'HKLM\Software\Classes\Installer\Products\A7CD8224 9044EA3468C8A302F073FFB5\SourceList'

I went to the registry and created that key, with the value DisplayLinkCore.msi

I tried to install the docking station, when I plugged it in, nothing happened (I have autorun activated) but noticed that a drive D: Kensington Dock appeared in Windows Explorer, clicked on Autorun.exe and a window saying "Copying files" appeared and nothing else happened.

I downloaded version 7.0.4 from your website, executed SetupVideo.exe, and it installed ok, at last!

Please see the pictures attached, everything is ok in the device manager, it is listed there but I cannot see a displaylink screen to expand to.

Do you have any idea of what to do next please? I can't believe the software is so bad!
