Default Settings default after reboot

I'm using the docking station on my Dell 14Z laptop running windows 8. After every reboot I have to re-configure the dual screen function. Is there anyway to set this as default so I don't have to change those settings EVERY time I reboot?

Thanks,

The display layout is controlled by Windows. On Windows 7 and 8 we don't do anything to try and store the layout and let the OS handle it.

If you are having these issues, it is usually due to another application changing the display settings. We can sometimes see if there is anything else setting the layout in our logs, but you would need to post these so I could take a look.

Wim,

Where can I find these logs and where do I need to send them to?

Thanks,
