Device missing from Device Manager
Hi, guys, I have a Windows 10 Pro.
after installing the latest DisplayLink drivers, the adapter itself wouldn't get recognized when plugged into the same USB 3.0 port.Under "Device Manager", it just shows the adapter as "Generic SuperSpeed Hub". But when I plugged the adapter to a USB 2.0 port, it picked up immediately and worked perfectly. Apparently, the USB 3.0 drivers built into Windows 10 is causing this issue. Anyone have an idea to DisplayLink adapters work on a USB 3.0 port?

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us! Usage of USB 3.0 will all depend on the product that you are using so we will need the exact product name/model for verification. Also I would appreciate it if you could gather some logfiles for us, they may show us a bit more, you can find the steps here: https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink Thank you, Katarzyna
