Dell D3100 - Windows10

I have a Dell D3100 docking station which worked when I first purchased it. Now I cannot get my laptop to recognise the device at all, nor will it recognise the three monitors plugged into it... although it will recognise the external hard drives plugged into it.

Is this a DisplayLink issue with Windows10 compatibility or might there be something in the registry blocking the docking station from being fully utilised?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
