Default Latest patch causing issue to display data on additional display

Hello Team,

we have package version of displayLink 11.1.2757.0 delivered to 10 K users and after that DisplalyLink driver automatically update from PMPC but since last 2 months we are seeing after installed the new update ex - DisplayLink 11.2.3146.0 Rev1 (x64) users are uanble to see display on the other screen. After installed the update user rebooted the machine but no luck. We had enabled the repair button in our package application which uninstalled the installed version and installed the old one and after that screen working again.

Could you please let us know when latest patch installed over the base version 11.1.2757.0 why multiple display fails to show.

Note:- We are using Dell D6000 dock to use additinal screen and keyboard and mouse connected.

Thank you

Hello,

Can you please reach out to our support team directly at technical-enquiries@synaptics.com?

We need to take a closer look at the issue, and we will need logfiles gathered from some of the setups that experienced this issue.
The link to instructions how to gather logfiles is included under the 3rd link in my signature.
