How to get same color?

I purchased the "Kensington Universal Multi-Display Adapter" last week and everything is working perfectly however the colour is different to my primary screen, ive tried changing the contrast settings and all the other settings but I cant seem to replicate the same colour as my Primary screen.

The main colours which are off is the white and blue settings as white isn't pure white as it is on my main screen.

I have also tried using ScreenBright but again with no luck.

The monitors im using are AOC e2243Fw (primary) and AOC 2236Swa (secondary) hooked up to my laptop (disconnected)

Would you be able to take a pictures of both screens and attach them to this thread so I could see how big the difference is. One monitor may display colors slightly different than another without DisplayLink being involved. Anyway, please upload the pictures for analysis.
